Overall, I'm very pleased with the shed I purchased and the customer service I received. While the delivery arrived a little later than originally expected, the quality of the shed made it worth the wait. The staff kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. The shed is well-built, looks great, and fits my needs perfectly. I appreciate the professionalism and would gladly do business with them again.
Ms Jamette was so helpful and gracious when my husband and I went there looking for a shed. I know this sounds strange and simple, but her knowledge of all the different and which one would best fit our needs and yard size were impressive and amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Also side note we got the 12 x 16 and now we’re able to actually make space in our garage. Definitely the best person to speak when she’s shopping.
Craig Roberts was all kinds of amazing helping us find the right storage at the right price. Drop off at our location was seamless and the quality of the storage shed can’t be beat! Happy customer that will definitely purchase more from this great company in the future!
We had such a great experience working with Cook to get an extra space for our business! We worked with Michelle who made ordering a breeze, and went out of her way to take and send photos of available options since we couldn't make it out in person. Then the delivery with Xavier was a breeze, despite our complicated location. The shed is super high quality, and looks great! Great value, easy process, and kind, friendly folks. Thanks y'all!
I shopped around for a storage shed and found the Cook’s products really well built and reasonably priced. Craig and Chance were friendly, great to work with, and answered all my questions. If you want a hassle free experience, I would highly recommend them. I am looking forward to my new shed.
