I purchased a shed and it had very specific instructions on the placement of the Window and Doors. When the shed was delivered I noticed the window was not placed according to the instructions. I asked the delivery person, who was very professional, and he looked on the paperwork and acknowledged there was a mistake. He had me fill out an area on post delivery paperwork stating the error and said someone would reach out to me. This was on April 29th and I was never contacted.
