Had a wonderful experience, as soon as I arrived on site I was able to look around before being approached with help with any questions. I didn’t feel pressured to buy as well as all of my questions were answered while looking at the units, VS other dealers would like to get you inside as fast as possible to close on a deal. I would highly recommend Cook to anyone looking to buy.
Pros: Constant communication from all personnel concerning our purchase from the salesman, factory personnel to the delivery driver. Our salesman arranged for me to inspect our building prior to delivery to ensure that I was happy with everything. Cons: The building is on the pricey side. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. Buy cheap get cheap. Pricey you get quality with Cook's. Overall: We have no regrets with our purchase and would definitely buy from Cook's again. Well done to one and all from start to finish.
(I know it's long, but there is a lot to say about this company.) I waited until after delivery to write this review, and I was looking forward to writing it. I am a big fan of great customer service and, from Tommy - in the office - to Holly for the delivery, eveything was beyond expectation! (No Hyperbole) Straight up, excellent people to deal with. My Sister and I visited Leonard's Utility Buildings in Valdosta, GA this week and met with Tommy Shepard concerning a garden shed he has on his lot. He answered all of our questions and we were able to order our own shed before we left. There were multiple sheds on the lot and we were able to choose our favorite with our choice of colors. Now, we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our own garden shed! The quality of these sheds can't be beat!
So far my experience has been great. Tommy was very helpful with our experience so far. The custom built building has been purchased and are waiting for delivery in a few weeks.
