It's tough enough buting a shed that the salesman during the sale... Asked to borrow 200.00.... I've been waiting 6 weeks for 50 bucks.. I had a friend wanting a shed like the one I bought...I sent him to your competitors. I'll never have anything good to say about this company.
Paul was very professional, first asking what I was looking for in a shed. He explained all the different features that were avaliable in the different styles. I made several trips to make sure what I needed , he was always nice and accommodating . I feel really good about my purchase. Thank you Paul
They don't give you any updates on what your payoff is when you make payments and I cant get anyone in accounting to answer the phone, call me back or respond to my email. Not sure why they don't want you to know your payoff but I can take a guess as to why! Going on day 4 of constant calling and emailing. The shed is nice but the customer service is terrible and sketchy, if you do business with them bring cash, I get a dishonest vibe from all of this. Absolutely amazing company Kept me updated and made sure I got what I wanted. The 2 men that delivered my shed were so kind and actually took time to level my shed for me and did it with smiles on. I will tell everyone about how kind and respectful these people are. Thank you so much
