Highly recommended cooks portable sheds in Crestview Florida!! Ms Maria, was very honest, caring, understanding, patience during the whole process. Maria was an awesome sales lady, I liked the quality of the shed, looked at others in town and Cook was the only one with a ridge vent. Chris the delivery man was professional and had it in place and leveled in no time!! Great experience all around.
The process from the beginning has been a nightmare. The district manager even got involved, not that he was helpful. I'm suppose to receive a call this week to fix the damage of the unit that was delivered in the middle of November. Since communication isn't their strong point, I will see if that even happens. I text the sales manager at the beginning of December telling her I called the financial institute that my loan is through because they didn't show the paperwork was processed. Super easy experience from start to finish. Very professional sales staff (Maria) made the buying super easy. They were able to work around my timeline and get a timely delivery set up. Delivery driver was courtesy, and very professional. He worked super hard and got my chicken coop right where I wanted. 5 stars all the way around.
Maria and Kaleb were extremely helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly. Maria did a great job processing all the forms and financing paperwork.Thank you.
