No service after sale. Going in and meeting with Dan Rose to custom design our building was great. It was delivered to their lot within about 4 weeks. We went to go look at it and noticed transom windows weren't caulked. We were told not to worry, it would get fixed upon/after delivery. Delivery came and despite my voiced concerns about raining a LOT the day before/morning of, they attempted delivery. Dan over at Robertsdale did a great job. Knowledgeable, Friendly and has a lot of patience. I felt very comfortable buying the building from Dan. I give him a 5 out of 5. The building also comes with a great warranty. Thanks Dan.

I don't know which was better; the quality of the Cook buildings was much better than the others we had considered, or Dan Rose, the Cook Store Manager who helped us get every detail right for our needs & location. The delivery & setup of our 10x20 shed was so smooth. It's solid & looks great. A good deal, thanks Dan.
My sales rep Dan Rose was the absolute greatest! He went above and beyond for me. The bldg. was delivered on time, and professionally set up. The whole process was 5 star. Highly recommend. Best deal around and I did my shopping.
