The ordering process was great and went smoothly. The shed arrived with damage 2 weeks ago. I have called and emailed both the delivery company as well as Cooks Portable Warehouses. Neither have even responded to any of the messages. Horrible customer service, repair service and even worse follow up! Have many studs that do not even connect to the header panel. Great looking shed. Exactly as we ordered. The gentleman that dropped it off was super nice and set it exactly where we wanted it and made it perfectly level on all sides! Will be getting another one when this one is paid off.

Don’t buy from this guy the owner sold me a truck that “had nothing wrong” we met at his business(this location) less than 100 miles later the truck needs almost $4000 in work. Sneaky and greedy don’t recommend business with them

Matt was very nice and easy to deal with. I would give him 5 stars alone. However, their dispatch team was very uncoordinated. They set my delivery for Wednesday between 3-5pm as I do not get off work until 2:30. They showed up at my house at 1:30 where I was not home and then refused to come back at the scheduled time. They told me I would not get my delivery until another week or two later. I had to change my schedule to fit there's so they would deliver in a timely manner.
