I recently had the pleasure of working with Isaac at Cook Portable Warehouses of Lake Wales, and I have to say, the customer service has been exceptional! Over the past two weeks, Isaac has been incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as we purchased our chicken coop. I would highly recommend Cook to anyone! Although I didn't end up getting one, these are the best built, with the absolute best warranty. Isaac was supper awesome and I hope to move forward in th future.
This move could not have been better. Mr. Guzman was the most polite, most efficient, most experienced individual. I have had the Joy to meet. He moved this new shed in between a larger shed. I bought several years ago and my husband‘s old shop with not an inch to spare! He took extreme pains to make sure it was absolutely level and everything was perfect before he left. I would recommend him and your company to anyone.
We purchased a shed from Cook Shed and it arrived damaged. The drip edge and the edge of the roof. One of the doors wont open. Its been a little over 3 weeks and I've called them twice and they tell me there are running a day behind on scheduling. Then today 5/19 they tell me the truck is broke down, no brakes on the trailer so they don't know when they can schedule the repair. Be careful and make sure you check your shed over before it comes off the truck.
Chose our shed the same day we visited. They were very nice and knowledgeable and had more than enough choices. The delivery was smooth and they are easy to get in contact with
