Cook greenhouse came as promised. Was notified of the delivery date by email and the driver contacted me by phone the day of delivery. The driver took great lengths to secure the delivery to the site. The process was quicker than driving down my driveway. I highly recommend the Cook greenhouse , came in the color similar to the house.
Great experience with Lisa, she showed me what was in stock and advised me on all options and prices. I then handled the entire transaction remotely without having to come back to the office. Shed delivery was on time and the driver was very accommodating and made the shed perfectly level. He even helped me remove a post and put it back in place from a gate I had to remove so they could get access. Great experience and communication across the board.
Sales process was great, delivery and setup was excellent. Just waiting to hear back from company to do touchups from final delivery and installation. Little odds and ends, touch up paint, fix roof line from shipping etc. overall, extremely pleased
Absolutely the BEST experience! Lisa was phenomenal! Not only did I get a well-made shed off the lot quickly but they communicated professionally and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future! Highly recommend!!
I went to cook portable warehouses of Ocala when we were building a new house and knew we were going to need some extra storage. The manager Lisa Csepany was so helpful! I didn’t really know what I needed as I had never purchased a shed before and there are A LOT more options in buying a shed then I ever thought and it was a bit overwhelming.
