This review is solely based on my interactions with Sam Stangle. I originally stopped to look at a shed approximately 6-8 weeks prior to making my purchase on 10/21/2025. Each time I’ve met with Sam, he was super courteous and very friendly. He doesn’t try to over talk you or push you to make a purchase before. He walks around and show you the inventory on the lot, and if what you’re looking for isn’t present, he’ll let you know if it’s even available with his company. From looking at inventory on site, to the final purchase.. the process was very easy and went well! I would recommend cook sheds to anyone. The quality of the sheds are great!
My experience was awful!!! He failed to secure a permit or inform me that i needed one. I paid nearly $3800.00 cash for the shed. Then it cost me $200 for a permit and $350 to have it secured and anchored down which I was informed that the seller of the shed was supposed to secure the permit and be responsible for it being secured and anchored according to the law! They did nothing to help me and it cost me another $550. Whatever you do stay away from this business!!!!
The entire team was great…salesman Sam was very helpful. Delivery went smoothly and I really like my shed…color too
