Our no strings attached plan allows anyone to have a storage facility in their own backyard or business, when and where they need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot, but with the Cook Rent-to-Own plan, a portion of each payment is applied toward the purchase price, if the customer decides to buy.

Nancy Santos is wonderful! She helped us get approved for a shed. Walked us through everything. Explained rent to own versus financing. So many different sheds to choose from as well! Highly recommend. Nice Sheds as well 😀
Bought a 12 x 28 lofted shed… gorgeous … thank you cook sheds Big Thank you to fancy Nancy 😊 Edited to July 9 2025 my shed failed inspection.. the inspector was irate the way the shed was dropped.. no one explained straps at my expense (6) the door doesn’t close properly because its not level I was suspect when Nancy told me I didn’t need a permit.. Hernando county requires them and that court commencement also Ive got $12,500 into this project I want better results Cooks 😊
After shopping around for a couple of months at all different places, and all different types of chicken coops, we settled on cooks sheds chicken coops, as the quality was outstanding, prices were awesome and better than anywhere else around, and the service was exceptional! I shopped around,but when my friend Buddy told me he had purchased dozens of buildings from this particular cook sheds place. He told me don't even think about getting one anywhere else. Boy was he right, great salespeople, the ladies that helped me. Especially the lady that helped me pick out the right building. The gentleman,Mark, that came to see my location. I bought my shed 11/03 and kept it painted every 4 or 5 years. Even with the continuous maintenance the T-111 siding finally started to delaminate. One phone call and an email and they had someone coming out to completely reside the building under the lifetime warranty. 22 years ago I never would have thought that a company would do this. Truthfully I almost forgot about the lifetime warranty. Highly recommend and great customer service.
