Wouldn't shop here again if my life depended on it. No communication, had to call multiple time to even get a response. Gave me a time frame for delivery and they called on the delivery they told me a totally different time window. Finally just asked for my money back, and it took over two weeks to get my money back. worst run business that I have delt with in a long time.
Cook Portable Warehouse Mt.Vernon, Il. moved two buildings for us, from Mt.Vernon to DuQuoin,Il. We were very satisfied and they communicated very well with us. The delivery man was very helpful. Highly recommend them.
The only reason i did not give a 5 star rating is because $547 just to move a building less than 100 yards is pretty expensive. I will make sure it is in the right place and leveled and secured before they leave.
This was a great experience! Jade was super friendly and very open and honest about stuff. It wad a very non pressured sale too. I highly recommend going there.
