Friendly, knowledgeable agent helped me purchase the shed that fit my needs. Shed is very sturdy and well built. Really looks good. Delivery driver had it placed and leveled in no time.
The person who sold it to us was very nice and helpful I have no complaints about Joe in Alton what so ever but as far as the rest of it goes well I’ll try to keep it short and as nice as I possibly can! So we start off with a 2 to 3 weeks to deliver my building then in 3 weeks when I call because it’s still not here , they say they haven’t even started it yet, then tries to say well we’re still within our time window of having it done, I say no because we were told 2-3 wks! If you buy a shed shirt from here, pay cash or do your own finance and do not use their financing. We bought a 10x12 shed. It was beautiful. It was just the way we liked it. The delivery guy was great Excellent experience. We decided to initially make payments because we had a such a good experience and wanted to further support the company until 4 months later when we look at the payoff and it is more than what we initially pay for the building..... 4 months later!!!!
