We had such a great experience with Matt. We bought a beautiful 12X 16 Lofted Barn with a metal roof. We are very particular and asked at least 100 questions, but Matt stayed positive and patient with us. This our second Cook building and we will never shop for anything less.
We used Cook Portable Warehouses of Bastrop to move an older Cook building 30 miles to another property in Victoria. Melissa was absolutely wonderful and made the process extremely easy. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help make sure the building was delivered quickly and efficiently. I was in a crunch and needed to have my shed moved. Melissa in the office was so sweet and explained everything to me she stayed in communication with me. I scheduled then had to reschedule. Monday, August 12th came, and Rudy arrived to pick up my shed after keeping me informed of when he was arriving. Cook has a GREAT WORKER in this young man. He was very good at the job, got my shed loaded and moved to its new permanent location, and leveled.
Matt was great to work with. Price was more than reasonable for the quality of the shed. Would definitely recommend.
We just now bought our second shed from Cooks. The sheds are built well and have no issues with them. Both times we have had a gentleman named Forrest. He was very professional and certainly knew how to place the shed exactly right with perfect leveling. Having quality work and professional personnel that does the heavy lifting is a rare skill nowadays. Thank you.
