Today a driver came to my home and threatened to breakdown my fence to retrieve a unit. Last payment was received in January 2024. This is a complete violation of my rights. This driver was taking pictures of inside of my fence. When I asked the driver what he was doing, he stated he was send to recovery payment. Unauthorized and unannounced and attempted to gain entry into my property without permission. I feel so violated by this reckless behavior by a company.
Mr Tolden is an excellent sells person. He had all my answers to the questions I needed. He was very knowledgeable. He sat me at ease with my decision.
Forrest was my delivery man. He did an awesome job sizing up how to bring g my shed in my back yard and positioning my shed in a good spot that makes it convenient. He was very professional. Thumbs up.
