Matt was very nice and easy to deal with. I would give him 5 stars alone. However, their dispatch team was very uncoordinated. They set my delivery for Wednesday between 3-5pm as I do not get off work until 2:30. They showed up at my house at 1:30 where I was not home and then refused to come back at the scheduled time. They told me I would not get my delivery until another week or two later. I had to change my schedule to fit there's so they would deliver in a timely manner. This is the 2nd shed I bought from Cook Portable Warehouse. They are built really well, the buying process is super easy, customizing the shed is simple and quick. They are very friendly to work with and I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes and I got everything I asked for.
****** UPDATE 5/2/25-******* company states the property taxes are on my contract which they are not, page 6 paragraph 27 is a vague description of taxes that may be applicable to certain buyers. Cook’s/Leonards states they used to pay these taxes for buyers and now they are passing them onto the shed buyers. I asked how would Hillsborough County know to bill their company for a shed on my property? I also asked for proof they have been paying property taxes to Hillsborough County! We just order a chicken coop from Matt today. We are very please with the overall experience Matt is very professional and he answered all of our questions. Which we had many of! The coop on display appears very will built and sturdy. Looking forward in receiving our new coop. Highly recommend
