Everyone I dealt with was very polite, personal and helpful. If I had any questions they were answered in a timely manner. Delivery was exactly as promised with professional attitude and respect. If I ever need another building I'll be back.
We were very pleased with the shed we purchased. The price was very reasonable and the service provided by Steve Holifield was outstanding. Steve explained everything we needed to know about our purchase. Steve is definitely a valuable asset to the company. We will definitely recommend Cook to anyone we know looking for a shed.
I wish I could rate my sales person individually and not all in one with the corporate office itself. Stephen Holifield was an awesome sales person. The sale went by smoothly and efficiently. If I had the choice between him and someone else I’d always pick him as my sales person. However the corporate office’s customer service is very poor and it has almost made me regret doing business with the company itself. My mom and dad stopped by Steve’s lot yesterday after feeling fatigued from going to many other locations in Natchez and Vicksburg and Steve made them feel so very welcomed and didn’t make them feel rushed at all. He took time to explain in detail the different available options for the portable houses and he was very friendly.
