We bought a 12x32 barn from this company a couple months ago and are thrilled with it! The building is well-built and attractive in our yard. Mr. Martin, the salesman, was easy to work with and professional. He was up front and honest about exactly what Cook could and could not do, and he was very clear about how much the building would cost, including with the custom change we requested. Wrong design, terrible customer service after buying 2 of their sheds. We odered and paid for a large door, but recieved a small door. Several months dealing with Ashley got us nowhere in customer service. Eric was suposed to call to resolver our issues, but he never did. SUCH A HASTLE, never going to Cook sheds again.
Understand fully what the deal is before you buy it is a dishonest company you WILL PAY WAY WAY WAY TOO MUCH. I found out today that what I thought I was going to pay for my building was not what I will pay for my building by over 10,000 on a 8,000 building that was used when I bought it. I was in a hurry to get my mom in a building for me to fix up so I took the contract at face value. Once again poor people get screwed. Disappointed in the world.
They spelled exactly what I was buying and for how much. Obviously it’s more expensive to finance one then to pay cash for it. We love our building and the customer service is outstanding
