No service after sale. Going in and meeting with Dan Rose to custom design our building was great. It was delivered to their lot within about 4 weeks. We went to go look at it and noticed transom windows weren't caulked. We were told not to worry, it would get fixed upon/after delivery. Delivery came and despite my voiced concerns about raining a LOT the day before/morning of, they attempted delivery. Dug 1-foot deep trenches in my lawn trying to get it placed and got their machine stuck. I had to offer use of my plywood to ... read more
Dan over at Robertsdale did a great job. Knowledgeable, Friendly and has a lot of patience. I felt very comfortable buying the building from Dan. I give him a 5 out of 5. The building also comes with a great warranty. Thanks Dan.

I don't know which was better; the quality of the Cook buildings was much better than the others we had considered, or Dan Rose, the Cook Store Manager who helped us get every detail right for our needs & location.
