(I know it's long, but there is a lot to say about this company.) I waited until after delivery to write this review, and I was looking forward to writing it. I am a big fan of great customer service and, from Tommy - in the office - to Holly for the delivery, eveything was beyond expectation! (No Hyperbole) Straight up, excellent people to deal with. Nice sturdy sheds, great customer service and dispatch is very fast with delivery. Make sure you have your shed put exactly where you want because it’s 500 to have it moved within your yard. That makes sense because if it were free to move, people would take advantage. 10/10 highly recommend.
So far my experience has been great. Tommy was very helpful with our experience so far. The custom built building has been purchased and are waiting for delivery in a few weeks.
I had my cook building for over 13 years, they came to my old location and moved it with seamless effort. I highly recommend you give Cooks a try, they won't disappoint you!!! Thanks to all involved within the cook's community, y'all are on top of the game!!! Thank you so much
My wife and I are very satisfied with our salesman, Tommy, and the man who delivered our shed and set it up, Chris. Very happy with Cook portable warehouses and will be to see them again in the future.
