Fast, knowledgeable and helpful. Mike the technician was great despite having to get on the roof of the building in the middle of a very hot summer day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got the hvac operational quickly. Cool Air is a professional operation with a very high “say - do” approach. I trust this group. Highly recommended.
Professional and efficient service My a/c broke down I think on the hottest day of the year and when I called they were able to come to my home less than 2 hours after I called. The technician was great and noticed the issue was with a part that was still under warranty. I appreciate that because I know my a/c is in need of changing and was expecting to hear that as the solution.
Most Reliable AIR CO. I Today 8/1/25, once again I had my air conditioner tuned up and flushed by my preferred service technician, LEO. Leo is the most honest, respectable and nicest service technician I have experienced. This is why every 6 months, I call COOL AIR to schedule my maintenance and request Leo. I don't know what I would do if ever moved on. I hope they recognize Leo for the things I mentioned above and additionally for his professionalism. Fantastic service. My air conditioning unit failed July 27th, 2025. Cool air USA came to my house that morning. Hours earlier than the appointed time. My 12-year-old unit needed replacing, I got a quote an estimate within the hour did the deal, and they installed today July 28th, 2025. The whole install and removal of my old system took right around 6 hours. I could not recommend them more
