Mr. Archie Moore verbalized knowledge based on his areas of expertise to me. Mr. Archie Moore was very professional and knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done to find and fix the cause of the problem with my air conditioning system. There were many problems that existed with the unit itself which were not diagnosed by the prior technician when he came at 4pm on Saturday, July 10. Cool Air USA is always the best! When I saw my air conditioning unit flooding my floor, I immediately reached for the phone to call Cool Air USA. Although I have a home service contract with another company, I knew I'd never get them to come out, let alone answer the phone. Cool Air responded immediately and sent a wonderful technician who diagnosed the problem, fixed it and checked that all was good. He was fantastic as is the entire Cool Air USA Team!

Professional and Quick Service We put in a request to have our AC checked. Received a call the same day and a tech came out the next day. I was surprised because they came out on a Sunday before the 4the of July. He was very professional and polite. He explained everything in detail. He completed the assessment and serviced our AC the same day. We still have to replace a part that needed to be ordered but the tech, David (not sure it's spelled right), was great! I will definitely be using them for my regular AC service.

The service tech was on time Your service tech arrived on time and added freon to the unit. The unit has a freon leak and are waiting for a part to fix it. According to the manager I spoke to the part will take six weeks to arrive. The temperature in my home on Sunday was 83 and the temperature in my home on Monday was 82. This is with the air conditioner running all the time. It finally cooled to 78 at midnight.
