Air conditioning system replace in June 2021, worked great. Aside from the above,, I started to notice that the air handler (which was also replaced) seemed to be continually on, and remitting cool "soft" air while the the outside condenser was not on ?? Strange I thought, but maybe that is the way this new system was programmed. But I decided to call Cool Air, told them of my concerns and, they sent out their man. Very Happy Customer with Their Exceptional Service I am a very happy customer. My A/C stopped working and this team came out and worked clean and was able to find the solution quickly. However, here are some reasons why I was impressed. -Customer Service was very professional and to the point. -The technician was very informative and educational. He was to the point and very clear with every step of work he did.

David was very Professional and Honest “David” from Cool Air USA came here to give me a quote on, what I thought that I need,a larger unit for our Condo. He suggested getting an HVAC Engineer in to do inspection for cooling Balance before we buy another unit. We moved into this unit in April of 2021 and we inherited this 1.5 ton unit that’s less than a year old but we have 1100sqft-9ft ceilings. So fast and efficient Called today at about 1 p.m. that our AC was not working and we had a tech here at a little after 3 p.m. who was friendly and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He showed my husband how to fix it the next time our AC is having the issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Fast, friendly, efficient. Thank you, Johnny, and thank you, Cool Air USA.
