The Technitian was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. The response time to fix my air condition was very fast I called before midday and by 3PM the A/C technician arrived on time for the appointment. Xavier the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and polite , He did several tests to evaluated the problem, he did the repair and in about 50 minutes the AC was running and cooling again.

My downstairs A/C compressor froze up on Labor Day John , arrived within 2 hrs of call, no extra holiday charge. He clearly briefed me of the issue and returned the next day and installed a new blower( in waranty) & cleaned the coils. Prompt, professional and reasonable, HIGHLY RECOMMEND
