This company will not give up until the job is done! Everyone makes mistakes, even companies. But how they go about it is what counts. They first came to change the motor, one of their technicians made a mistake, but this company sent 7 more technicians over 6 days to make sure our AC worked. Their dedication to provide excellent customer service is real. I highly recommend this company.

The Service Representative -Excellent The Service Representative that arrived to service my AC 7/30 did an excellent job. He was thorough in his work, and exceeded my expectations. He took pride in his job, so much that I realized that the previous representatives did not take pride in their work - they did absolutely nothing when they serviced my AC in the past. Excellent work and price Our condenser was leaking Freon and not cooling. I called Cool Air and despite a fill schedule already they came out right away. Refilled the Freon plus replaced a bad Contactor and did it all in less than an hour.

Routine maintenance Leo, as always, was very friendly and professional. He outlined work which would need to be done to clean the coil but put no pressure on us to do it immediately. We appreciate his service!
