Best customer service I have been with Cool Air for many years. Archie Moore had to be the best customer service I've had. Archie was patient and explained in detail every step he took, I was well informed and felt confident with the service. Just a great guy

Simply amazing All it took was one call, three phone rings, and 35 minutes later Mr Kevin from Cool Air USA was at my door ready to fix my AC. 40 minutes later my AC was back and cooling as new. Already have them as a preferred option for a future situation. Really a life saver.

Punctual and Efficient My A/C was not cooling. Called and made appointment. Received estimated time of arrival, technician was proficient and quick to switch out my compressor and capacitor. Pricing was fair and service quick. Cool air and temperature control is back. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and technicians The best ... technicians Xavier and Kevin were professional, courteous, and obviously take pride in what they do and how they represent Cool Air USA.... today, duct cleaning, sanitizing and UV light installed...9 hours later, it is already apparent that we're breathing better....2nd time using Cool Air, first was for a service call...5 stars
