Quick and honest My compressor died on a hot day in July, called this company guided by their amazing reviews. They had a tech out the same afternoon. Issue was promptly diagnosed and repaired following day. They went the extra mile to get information on parts covered under warranty, which was so helpful. Will definitely use this company in the future. Very reasonable prices!

He diagnosed the problem quickly and got the hvac operational quickly. Cool Air is a professional operation with a very high “say - do” approach. I trust this group. Highly recommended.
Professional and efficient service My a/c broke down I think on the hottest day of the year and when I called they were able to come to my home less than 2 hours after I called. The technician was great and noticed the issue was with a part that was still under warranty. I appreciate that because I know my a/c is in need of changing and was expecting to hear that as the solution.
Most Reliable AIR CO. I Today 8/1/25, once again I had my air conditioner tuned up and flushed by my preferred service technician, LEO. Leo is the most honest, respectable and nicest service technician I have experienced. This is why every 6 months, I call COOL AIR to schedule my maintenance and request Leo. I don't know what I would do if ever moved on. I hope they recognize Leo for the things I mentioned above and additionally for his professionalism.
