Fast efficient and result oriented My 10 months old unit made a weird noise the other day and then stopped sending the air into the living room. My call to CoolAir was answered immediately and service appointment was scheduled for he next day. The technician can ad found that big piece of plastic had been sucked up blocking the filter and totally dressing the unit inside and out. We waited to defrost it and it’s working perfectly. Great work at a great price !! On time, very reasonable price and the A/C was repaired ! (imagine that !). Yuri, the technician, was outstanding !!! Clone this man ! All this and NOT ONCE did they say "... Well sir, you need a whole new A/C installation even though we just got here and we have yet to look at even one thing..."- which is the standard A/C guy rhetoric.

Fixed the problem immediately. It was the second time the technician came over the home , first he unclog the ac ducts and it was fixed until the thermostat stop working again, then I call back to complain what happened, then the said that the had to change all the ac ducts , I initially had three duct and he suggested to have only one. So he fixed it and it was very efficient. Thank you , you are and will be my ac providers.

Impressed by customer service. We had an issue with AC not cooling efficiently after the initial 21 pt checkup. This was late on Friday. Cool Air contacted me immediately and Irving scheduled a Saturday appointment. The tech ( Marcus, I believe ) was polite and knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing. I actually learned a few things. Seems issue was a loss of refrigerant which may have come during previous check, so the cause is undetermined.
