Top Notch Customer Service! Today, Archie serviced my A/C unit. He was very friendly and efficient. He serviced the unit quickly and skillfully while simultaneously answering my questions and elaborating on them. Although the unit did not hum like its been doing, Archie followed a number of steps and did numerous tests to confirm that the unit is in good shape.

Excellent Customer Service and Follow up I have been a repeated customer of Cool Air USA and will recommend them to friends and family. The office always calls with confirmation of the appointment and takes good notes on the order. Archie was the tech that came out today and he did an excellent job of letting me know his findings and letting me know what he needed to do to fix the issue.
