Amazing Service We called to have our AC checked on DEC 30th leading into the holiday weekend. Much to our disappointment (we already had a feeling) our AC needed to be replaced. The repair person came to our home after hours at about 9:00 pm and got us up and running in the short term. Ugh! Knowing that we were going to have company for the New Years, this was our only path until post holiday for the install of the needed air handler and outside unit. Technicians were great Renaud did a great job today. He replaced the blower motor and condenser in my A/C unit. In the middle of the replacement, he had to run to home depot for additional parts because my original install was problematic. Renaud was calm, pleasant and courteous all day. I was very impressed with him.

Donald Repair Perso Donald is top notch! Provided customer excellence and great sense of humor. Suggested the UV light for the well being of my family and to avoid future expenses. This is the second time Cool Air comes to my house. He is by far the best technician. I wish Junior would have advice me this way with my original service!
