Great service The tech that responded was very efficient and professional. He showed us the pictures of the equipment needing replacement and our options. He waited 15 minutes to make sure that the a/c was working properly. He advised of the servicing needed each year as the equipment is older and it in area where the unit is on 24/7.

Tech courteous and worked quickly. Only comment is your company should pick up whatever debris falls out of the vent opening. Not a big deal, but would add to professionalism. Thank you for your prompt service.

Great Servce! Orlando was great, he explained our options and price before we made our decision. I learned a lot about how our unit works and all A//Cs in general. Top notch and reasonable. Plus I saved $50, as compared to these other guys who were in it for the money.

Cool Air gets a 5 David's customers service was excellent and he used great communication skills with me as soon as we made contact at my home. He explained everything to me while troubleshooting the air conditioning system. I do have to say he was also very knowledgeable of his work and very professional at all times. Its was great having David do this work and my family is happy that our home is cool again. Thanks David for a job well done.
