Excellent service....very professional Although the technician arrived outside the appointment window, he called to alert me he was running late. I can’t say enough good things about Darlan Castillo ( hopefully I got the spelling right)....he was courteous, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to make the inspection as unobtrusive as possible. He took pictures which he left with a copy of the work order and the cost was as advertised...no gimmicks. On time & Gets the problem repaired. The only issue I have is that the repairs are somewhat pricey. As discussed with the service manager Adam, I would like to see a breakdown of the cost. Parts, Labor.

Professional, courteous and fast When our air conditioner broke yesterday morning, Cool Air sent a tech over within an hour or two to determine the issue and what our options were for our 13 year old AC unit. We opted to replace it. They gave me a great price on a new AC and they installed it the next morning. The technicians are professional, courteous and get the job done fast, which is wonderful when it's SO HOT. Thank you. Definitely recommend.
