Amazing service! After 14 years in South Florida the bar for good customer service has been extremely low. This is our second experience with Cool Air and I could not be more impressed. Lior was our technician both times and he combines a level of professionalism with a pleasant personality. Coil cleaning after diagnosis of problem Our Air conditioner was leaking water inside the closet where the air handler is located. The technician removed, cleaned and reinstalled the coils and it works perfectly now. From the first phone call to the the completed job our experience was perfect. The service was fantastic and the level of professionalism was very impressive. I am a customer for the rest of my time that I reside in Miami and will recommend Cool Air to anyone in need of Air Conditioner service.
Called the company out of the blue based on height recommendation. Was not disappointed. unit was making a strange sound THE SERVICE MATHAT WERE THEN CALLED AND SAID THAT HE WOULD BE A FEW MINUTES LATE. WHEN HE ARRIVED HE GOT RIGHT TO THE PROBLEM. HE ALSO PUT ME AT EASE BY SHOWING ME IT WAS A MINOR PROBLEM. THIS SERVICE MEN WHO'S NAME IS RENAUD WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO SAY I HAD TWO OTHER SERVICE MEN. WHO WERE BOTH THE SAME WAY. FIRST ONE BY THE OF TRACY AND THE SECOND WAS JR. I DO RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY .
