Excellent, even in emergency! Came home from work and our A/C wasn't working. It was 80+ degrees in our house. Contacted Cool Air USA. Never used them before. They came out within 2 hours of calling. Prices were extremely reasonable for after hour emergency call. The guy was very polite and changed the capacitor to get us up and running in no time. Will definitely use the again for future! Highly recommend them.
Anthony was our service tech and once again I have nothing but good things to say about their people. Anthony was so professional and polite and got down to the problem immediately and very clean worker. I give this company a definite 5 star rating.

Great customer service This company is excellent, They gave me a competitive price on the a/c units and install. I wasn't sure how they would back it up with service. I had some small issues with the units after the install. They came right away and fixed it. Their service department is second to none...I would recommend them highly.
