Technician Chris C Chris had a respectable level of customer service skills. He worked diligently and completed the good in a good time frame. He was also courteous and I especially appreciated the fact that he advised me that it would be best to clean the blower and coil along with the air ducts as the the dust problem really arise from the indoor control unit.

Awesome Service Lior communicated when he got the job order and told me exactly when he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options within my budget. I will definitely use Cool Air again and will ask specifically for Lior.

Of course, I was not too happy to have to write a check, but I would hate to turn on the ac say in June or July and not have air. I am conservative and use the ac very little as heat does not bother me, but its nice to know that when I have friends and family over and they are used to a cooler atmosphere, that the unit will function as its intended... read more

dead lizard!!! My A/C stopped working because some lizard got into the unit and wrapped himself around the compressor switches. CoolAir came out the same day I called and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly as well as show me some other potential issues that I needed to be aware of for the future.
