Great experience I called this morning and they came 1 hour later. The technician Mike was pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable. My AC is fixed for a reasonable price in a timely manner. All around great experience.

Got the job done even though the technician was not prepared with equipment. Orlando answered all my questions and even though we had a mix match of a air handler and the condenser, he figured out the problems and fixed them.

Excellent service I had Cool Air USA service for the first time and I'm really happy with the work they've done. My technician Junior was knowledgeable, professional and fast. He also give me great understanding of performaned service. He went up and above to do job to my liking and answered my endless question. I would recommend the company and especially Junior. Also pricing for service was reasonable.

fast service A 2nd call back was required. 1st responding technician Orlando who I thought fixed my problem only partially or temporarily fixed my problem. 20 mins after leaving my ac unit shut down again. The 2nd Tech Daniel, correctly fixed the problem and double checked the work to be sure it was fixed.
