The Technicians did a great job Technician Ilian and his partner came out a couple of days ago and replaced my blower fan motor. They did it in a timely manner and got the A/C working in no time. They were both very nice and respectful toward me and they acted very professional. I will certainly ask for them the next time I need help....Thanks

Fast and Reliable Service that can be counted on diagnose and fix a problem. Had a pleasant experience in dealing with Cool Air USA. I called for service at 8:20 in the morning and by 10:20 a Technician had arrived at my house. I dealt with Technician Ilan Mazatrim, who thoroughly diagnosed my A/C and provided several alternatives to fix the problem. Great company if you get the right tech Wonderful experience if you get the right tech. Unfortunately not all their techs are equally qualified. The first tech was lets just say,not an all around great time, but the company was quick to resolve it. For some reason not a month later our AC (which is only 2 yrs old) stopped working again n they sent us a wonderful and very knowledgable tech who did not leave until I said my wife was satisfied ha!
