ANNUAL A/C MAINTENANCE Today, May 2, 2024 we had our Annual A/C Maintenance.. Lior, Service Technician was exceptional in performing this service to ur 2 A/C Units… He took pictures of all the areas inside each A/C Unit and explained what was going on inside the unit for the service.. He flushed the lines, changed the UV-C Light and when completed the cleaning he agin took pictures and explained to me the completion of the service. New install of 4 ton unit This the 2nd time that I use Cool Air USA for a new install. I will never consider using anyone else. Their technical know-how is superior than any other company I’ve ever used. They work fast, come prepared, and execute as one would expect. My recent job was another perfect install…you see it in the detail!
Cool Air is always there ready to fix it ! As usual, when I had to call Cool Air to see about an issue with my ac. They were prompt at getting me on the schedule the next day. Efficient and knowledgeable technicians. Show up on time organized, My first time experience with cool air was excellent. Upon recommendation from a friend I called to request service. Very efficient personal conversation to set up an appointment. I was able to get same day appointment. They showed up ahead of scheduled appointment and with in hour they serviced both of my air conditioners. Best part was they did not pressure me about buying goods or extended service membership. First time excellent experience for me.

Amazing customer support! Cool Air USA’s service was beyond my expectations. I have had this great unit for about 3 years. Best unit I’ve had, my first with this company. My drain pan was filling with water, not a simple blockage issue. Not the fault of the unit either. Kensy was so knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He got down to the problem, helped me set up a service order to repair the unit, and made sure it was working well until the issue could be repaired.
