Fantastic service. Our technicien Leo was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why. He answered all our questions. I highly recommend this company and Leo is top notch. They also came out to repair our a/c 4 hrs after they were called.

Unit stopped working From the initial contact through the end of the service, all personnel were professional and polite. I truly felt I was a valued customer. Scheduling was easy even though their schedule was full. Jose called 45 minutes before his arrival which gave me time to drive home from work. He took his time, answered my many questions and had my unit running quickly. I have been using this company for a few years and never received anything but quality service. Highly recommend

Great Service I called Cool Air USA today for a problem I was having with my AC. Their Tech Dennis arrived in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed and repaired my AC problem clearly explaining to me what needed to be done. Dennis completed the repair quickly and professionally. Dennis was great! I highly recommend Cool Air and their Tech Dennis for all your AC needs.

Great experience! I was very pleased with the service I received from Aldo! He was timely, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process.
