A difficult problem to solve I had an electrical problem with my Nest Thermostat. A few times previously I was able to correct the problem. This issue was beyond my knowledge so I called Cool Air USA. I was very surprised that they gave me an appointment within a few hours of my phone call. The technician Yury went through the process of elimination in order to figure out the problem.
