Outstanding I requested a quote for my business after my big old AC stopped working, and the service provided by the technician, who was a complete gentleman (Yury, I believed his name was), was outstanding. He went all the way and beyond to be able to help me out and give me a complete picture of my situation. I talked afterwards with Julian, the manager, and he also treated me professionally and explained to me the situation and discussed the prices involved. These guys are the best!
Excellent service performed promptly and effectively I called in a possible leak on a recently installed AC unit in my apartment. It was around 9.30 am. By around noon, the technician was investigating and concluded it was due to condensation on one of the pipes. He added insulation and double checked to ensure no other issues. All is now well. The technician, I should add, was very diligent and professional. Very happy with the service - which was performed under warranty without any hassles or quibbles.
