Can't Recommend Them Enough I have a service contract with Sears and have had 6 service calls for my 4-year-old AC with additional charges for a new coil and now for a new compressor. Since I had to wait another 2 days for the next appointment to replace the compressor at $1,300 cost to me (despite my having a service contract), I decided to call Cool Air USA for diagnostic service to verify that a new compressor was needed and spoke with a live person rather than a computer.
