Can't Recommend Them Enough I have a service contract with Sears and have had 6 service calls for my 4-year-old AC with additional charges for a new coil and now for a new compressor. Since I had to wait another 2 days for the next appointment to replace the compressor at $1,300 cost to me (despite my having a service contract), I decided to call Cool Air USA for diagnostic service to verify that a new compressor was needed and spoke with a live person rather than a computer. Quick reply, quick job At 1:30 in the morning, I noticed that my AC did not turn on at all. No fan no Cooling, nothing. I called the company and they wanted to send someone out that night. I let them know it was not an emergency they did not have to pull somebody off and to schedule it for the next day. Sure enough, the next day comes and the technician comes in in 15 minutes later my air is blowing beautifully. Thank you cool air USA

Drain Pan Cleaning Jose, the technician, was excellent and very helpful. He took the time to demonstrate and explain that the drain pan needed to be cleaned, which is why the AC unit was leaking. He also examined the air ducts and assured me that they were clean. Great work!
