Fixed an unusual problem My A/C recently failed. Perfect timing, August in FL and we work from home. We called Cool Air for a service and they arrived that afternoon. The original diagnosis was a routine clog in the drain that needed flushing. As an experienced home owner (well, maybe experienced, but a bit tardy on my bleach treatment of the drain pipes), I said thanks, I can take care of this...

“Constantly striving to improve our performance” We’ve needed Cool Air’s expertise (for different issues) several times. Each time they were prompt, polite, and fixed the problem. Most recently, after the service technician left an attic door leading to the air handler came off its hinges (probably because it was old). Cool Air could have said, It was old, not our fault, but they came back and fixed the door. Very satisfied Leo was very professional, polite, and patient. He explained in great detail how to set the controller in the unlikely event someone in the household changes the setting causing the A/C unit to default to the HEAT program. Leo represented Cool Air USA work ethics very well. My family was very satisfied with his work ethics and professionalism and will in the future request Leo’s service.
