Great Service I want to thank Cool Air USA and their Techs for getting my A.C. working yesterday. Service Tech Alfrid arrived an hour and a half earlier than the designated appointment time. This was great do to rhe heat wave we are experiencing this week. Alfrid was very professional and friendly, answering all my questions and concerns. He made sure that my unit was repaired and running perfectly. Please thank him for me. Thanks for the great service.

Very satisfied with service. Your technician, Jose, was very professional and friendly. He identified the problem and set a time to complete the needed repair tomorrow as it is a more involved repair. He did, however leave me with air conditioner running with cool air to get through to tomorrow.. He answered all my questions and concerns and gave me good advice on drain line maintenance. Employees like him are hard to find so please thank him for me.

Good company to use They were able to schedule me very soon and their fee is reasonable. This visit was my second time. Again they met my expectations.. I hope they continue provide good services because not only I will continue using them I also will recommend them to everyone that needs it
