Extraordinary service I am so pleased with the service that Cool Air USA provided. The appointment was fast, and Kensy was prompt, professional and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes, and repaired it on the spot. I have been ripped off before, and as a senior person, i was a bit skeptical, not having been referred by anyone to call this company. Needless to say, as long as this company is in business, i will utilize no other for my air conditioning needs. Kudos to Kensy, my newest super hero!

Very determined technician Our technician Jose did an excellent job. When the standard flushing was not sufficient, he opened the pipes and found extreme calcification which he removed and cleaned the pipes thoroughly. We really felt being in good hands with him. He was very friendly and patient. If we need Cool Air service again we would request him coming to our house.
