Repair warranty is a reality For cool Air USA a recall warranty is not only a marketing slogan, it is backup with action when needed. It is in today's world when words are followed by the desired to provide the service needed. Bravo for providing an excellent service.

My technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and arrived at a moments notice! Had the best experience with my AC tech. Super friendly, and I felt he was knowledgeable, and helped me with a very late notice appointment! Fantastic service from the entire team! The woman who helped me on the phone and the gentleman on customer service! All fantastic! Thank you

Needed new evapotator coil I called them on a Friday and within 2 hours a tech was onsite. Explained what the problem was and got me a quote within minutes. My unit was old so parts weren’t easy to fiind, just FYI. Told me on Monday morning they’ll be out to replace and within 1 hour of arriving the AC was cranking in the house. These guys have never failed me, great job!!

Arrived to no AC I arrived on a Sunday at noon to my condo air not working. Immediately called Cool Air and told me a service person would arrive between 1-4 pm. 3 pm arrived and realized condo had shut off breaker. The one breaker I did not check! He then checked out the whole system and all working. Crisis and $$$$ averted! So happy Cool Air to the rescue. Thank you!
