Carrier issue Cool Air installed a new AC for me in 2019 and it went very smoothly. No one tried to sell me anything I didn’t want or didn’t need. Fast forward to today… the motor of the AC failed and I called Cool Air and received the same great service. The part was still under warranty and yes we paid for the labor but wow on the professionalism and follow up. The tech Jose was knowledgeable and professional. No gimmicks. Duct cleaning I was very happy with the service visit by Johnny from Cool Air USA. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the questions I asked. The cleaning was done quickly and appears to have done the trick with my twenty year old dusty ducts. I would recommend Cool Air USA for all your AC needs.
