Expect excellent and thorough customer service always following up with a smile! Received excellent customer service. Very professional and helpful with all of my concerns. If they can provide phone numbered/direct line of technicians in advance of arrival for service, that would be extra helpful and save a lot of time of extra phone calls.

work appears well done. We shall see the results The perdon who came, Mr Zeke, was pleasant, helpful, and very nice and he appeared to be knowledgeable too However, they need to be clear BEFORE coming what they will do Part of the maintenance is cleaning the tubes and the chsrges for the latter are very steep and separate. Thus they are extra moneys, not as advertised. Next time i ll ask when i make the appointment what it entails and how much it will cost.

I am very pleased with work from Cool Air USA and will recommend to everyone here in my building I had great pricing from manager Amanda it was a big help. They did a great job , and came back to adjust the cooling due to freeze on. The only thing he forgot was to take the water from the tray and clean the lint and some dirt inside the unit when he finished I had to do it . Other than that I have already told people in this building I highly recommend your service . Thank you!
