I started going to this orthodontics office about a month ago, referred by my dentist. I've always had bad experiences with dentists and orthodontists, but this office is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and respect by the ladies at the front desk. I had the pleasure of meeting Jackie. She's incredible! Jackie specifically goes above and beyond to be sure that my kids orthodontic procedures are understood and met with confidence instead of fear. I had a great experience with Cool Smiles Orthodontist's. I got a built-in retainer with them 5 years ago, and they've been professional and kind throughout the entire process. Even when I had an issue with the retainer, they took care of it quickly and handled everything in a very professional and friendly way. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how easy they made the experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.
It is very hard to articulate how much I love this company’s staff! All the effort they put into their patients care is unremarkable. My son's confidence has shot through the roof in a such a short period of time. A huge shout out to Mrs. Jackie (a woman of multiple trades), to Nicholas (always a delight) and both dentist who always explain everything clearly.
