I had a great experience with Cool Smiles Orthodontist's. I got a built-in retainer with them 5 years ago, and they've been professional and kind throughout the entire process. Even when I had an issue with the retainer, they took care of it quickly and handled everything in a very professional and friendly way. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how easy they made the experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.
It is very hard to articulate how much I love this company’s staff! All the effort they put into their patients care is unremarkable. My son's confidence has shot through the roof in a such a short period of time. A huge shout out to Mrs. Jackie (a woman of multiple trades), to Nicholas (always a delight) and both dentist who always explain everything clearly. This whole experience has been truly amazing for my son and myself. Mrs. Jackie, you are truly amazing 👏 I really appreciate you more than you know!
I have both of my kids with braces and my Invisalign from here. This place is amazing! I am so glad we went with this location because all the staff are so warm and welcoming. Jackie is the greatest because she makes it feel like you are family. They also always have special touches every visit to make it fun for the kids, like roses on Mother’s Day and ice cream in the summer. Jackie the treatment coordinator was very helpful and on top of everything to get my daughter’s treatment covered. I also appreciated the communication throughout the whole process. The whole staff is very friendly and attentive.
I am a transfer from another ortho office and they continued my care. The process was quick and simple to start. Everybody is so nice here :)! 👍🏽
