Cool Smiles Ortho is a very professional and helpful office. Arlyn was especially informative and made sure my son felt at ease with his treatment. She was incredibly kind and patient, which really helped calm his nerves. The staff made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.
We just recently started going to Cool Smiles in Lake Elsinore for my son. Jackie was the administrative consultant who met with me after it was determined what my son would need. She is super kind, informative, and accommodating. We've had only a few visits since then, but Laura has been the ortho assistant for most of those and she's very friendly and quick (as much as she can be when the orthodontist is not overly busy). We have had a pleasant experience so far. I would recommend Cool Smiles for your orthodontic needs.
The office is big and clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful. From the beginning it has been a great experience! The receptionist, financial planner, the Orthodontist Assistant, and the Orthodontist, Great team there, Highly recommend. Laura R. our Ortho Assistant, took extra time to teach my son to floss properly, because he wasn't. We appreciate the care and attention to detail.
I started going to this orthodontics office about a month ago, referred by my dentist. I've always had bad experiences with dentists and orthodontists, but this office is absolutely amazing. The staff is so nice and kind to you! I've been going there for 6 years, and not once have been rude. They have been very helpful with getting my teeth good and straight. I would recommend going too Cool Smiles if you're looking for a place to go for orthodontics!
