It is very hard to articulate how much I love this company’s staff! All the effort they put into their patients care is unremarkable. My son's confidence has shot through the roof in a such a short period of time. A huge shout out to Mrs. Jackie (a woman of multiple trades), to Nicholas (always a delight) and both dentist who always explain everything clearly. This whole experience has been truly amazing for my son and myself. Mrs. Jackie, you are truly amazing 👏 I really appreciate you more than you know!
I have both of my kids with braces and my Invisalign from here. This place is amazing! I am so glad we went with this location because all the staff are so warm and welcoming. Jackie is the greatest because she makes it feel like you are family. They also always have special touches every visit to make it fun for the kids, like roses on Mother’s Day and ice cream in the summer. Jackie the treatment coordinator was very helpful and on top of everything to get my daughter’s treatment covered. I also appreciated the communication throughout the whole process. The whole staff is very friendly and attentive.
My daughter who is 10 I had such a great experience here. They started her braces walked me through every step and procedure. Very informative and professional. Thank you so much can’t wait to upload picture of her new smile.
Cool Smiles Orthodontic is the best. They are the so friendly and helpful. Jackie has gone beyond to help with down payments and monthly payments. She also helped me to find and oral surgeon when I couldn’t find one to take my insurance. So with her help my daughter is going to get the rest of her dental work done so she can get the rest of her braces. I can’t thank Jackie enough or the staff for being so wonderful to my daughter. By the way my daughter is Autistic and there just wonderful with her. Thank you
