Office staff is always nice and quick with paperwork and getting in contact with you. Never had any issues with neighbors. Love it here
Zero stars if possible. The apartments are trash, mold everywhere and maintenance is a joke. The complex is full of violence and open drug use.
Worse apartment complex and property manager I've ever had to deal with my whole 7yrs in Lexington KY she picks on alot of people of color. They don't fix anything until you call their supervisor. It's not safe to raise your children there I joked around with my kids telling them we had to move back to that apartment and they both scream and cried and begged me not to go back there be careful and document everything because she's trying to get me for $600 more because she supposedly didn't get my move out date or when I was... read more
One of the most dangerous places in Lexington to live. Management is a joke and a major contributor to the sky high crime and violence.
Grew up in smithtown this is probably one of the top most dangerous places to live , they need to make this a senior only living complex
